Jeanne has been a member of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit since 2004. Her very first encounter with the Holy Spirit family was at an Episcopal Church Women's Meeting, where she was quickly enveloped with love and felt like part of the family instantly. Jeanne and husband John were married in the Episcopal Church in Houston in 1997. They have been blessed with two amazing children, Allie and Sam, and as a family have found many ways to enjoy serving Christ in His church.
Jeanne graduated from Pepperdine University with a BS in Management. She achieved her dream job as Operations Manager of an international company before motherhood called her to a new season of life and she became a stay-at-home mom. She then re-entered the work force as a Substitute Teach and then Lead Teacher for three-year-olds at a Mother's Day Out program, where she felt blessed to share Christ's love of little children. In her spare time, Jeanne enjoys scrapbooking with friends, crafting of any kind, and time with her family.
Michelle Autry, Church Secretary
Michelle Autry graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Family Studies and has done a variety of jobs. She has worked for a RV resort, bank, another Episcopal Church, and Child Protective Services. For the past year, her family has needed her full-time and she has enjoyed taking care of them and making memories. Her kids are all excited for school to start and she is ready to get back to serving God and her community through the Episcopal Church.
Michelle was introduced to the Episcopal Church when she met her husband, John, in 2004. She loved the welcoming spirit and connections that were created through more than just attending the Sunday services. She married John in 2005 and they have been blessed with 3 children, Keith (10), Luke (6), and Faith (3) and a rescue dog named Lil' Bit. She enjoys volunteering with her family at church and if she gets a moment to herself, she either reads, scrapbooks, or quilts. And her favorite color is purple!
