Rev. Jason T. Roberts
The Rev. Jason T. Roberts, Rector of the Church of the Holy Spirit, began on September 16, 2009. He comes to Holy Spirit after serving for 5 1/2 years as the Assistant turned Associate to the Rector for Service and Evangelism in Richmond, Virginia, at Grace and Holy Trinity Church. He holds degrees from James Madison University, Virginia Theological Seminary, and Virginia Commonwealth University.
Jason married his wife, Susannah, in January of 2009. She was a surgical resident (at the time) at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio and started her fellowship in Trauma/Critical Care in July 2013. She is now on the faculty at the UT Health Science Center here in San Antonio. Emma, their daughter, was brought out into the world on April 7, 2010, which also happens to be the same birthday of Jason! Their son, Jacob, was born on January 9, 2014. Jason, Susannah, Emma, and Jacob also share in the joy of loving on their chocolate lab, Sam, and two cats. In his spare time, Jason enjoys most anything having to do with a frisbee, drinking coffee, and getting together with friends.

Rev. Andrew Green
The Rev. Andrew Green has been the Assistant Rector at the Church of the Holy Spirit since July 2020. He began working as a curate at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit on July 1, 2018. He is a new graduate of the Seminary of the Southwest, where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University in 2011.
Andrew formerly served as the Youth Intern and Assistant to the Vicar at Saint Elizabeth Episcopal Church from 2012 to 2015. At the same time, he fried falafel and grilled kebabs at a food trailer called St. Pita's in San Marcos, TX. Andrew was raised in Dallas before moving to San Marcos. His parents, older sister, twin brother, and two perfect nephews still reside in the DFW area. Andrew enjoys singing, cooking, hiking, reading, and playing board/video games.

Rev. John Padgett
Assisting Priest for Adult Formation
John is a retired priest and volunteers with Holy Spirit in the area of adult formation. He also offers support with pastoral care. John is our clergy representative for Cursillo, a weekend renewal program offered by the Diocese of West Texas and throughout the United States. He and his wife Leslie also help support a few of our outreach ministries.
